I’m saying Hilt was more forgiving/better than the DF items.
I think it was on-par with an ICC 10-man item, but I can’t remember.
It was nice, but you didn’t really hang onto it ‘forever’.
ICC 25 and 10-man hard, yeah better items easily.
It wasn’t so bad if you missed out on one, because it wasn’t BiS like the legendaries were.
The fact it could be sold, I remember just farming them for money- only got one to drop, but it went for like 10k. That was a lot, back then lol.
