Blizzard has a weird fixation with ox stance and summon Niuzao when neither one is very compelling. I think Chi Surge is OK, but the rest of the brewmaster tree feels fairly tight on choices so freeing up another point just for a meh damage talent is hard to justify.
I wish they’d either buff Niuzao or make him a permanent summon so he’s more reliable over the course of a dungeon.
