Brewfest trinkets won't be available until late Black temple phase

Title.
Brewfest is September 20th to Oct 6
Last time TBC came out June, and p2 was September 15th. 6 days before brewfest, meaning the trinkets actually had a time phase to be useful.

With a slated release for early spring, we will already be deep into black temple by the time the brewfest trinkets are available.

Yes it won’t matter since they are just redundant copies of the badge trinkets, but a lot of classes had great use from doubling up on those trinkets.

Also, do we know if TBC will be era?

Yes indeed TBC will be Era, but what era will it be?

Also the trinkets have always scaled up with content relevant ilvl

Thats my question. Do you know what era means? I am asking if TBC will be left alone as TBC era. Why would a TBC server be a vanilla era for example?

Where are you sourcing this from? The brewfest TBC trinkets have always been carbon reprints of the badge trinkets. Items have never scaled in ilvl until warlords of draenor. I am talking about TBC classic brewfest, not retail brewfest.

I’m talking about how they did things last time in TBC Classic

Last time the trinkets were the same as they were in the OG TBC. they were carbon reprints of the badge trinkets.

there’s no reason to expect a permanent TBC era :expressionless: it will most likely go on to wrath as usual

I dont remember this being a thing,

he means if there’s a second identical holiday event within the expansion that the items are better, but I don’t remember it being like that for tbc. I remember in wrath there were some boe maces that were 200 ilevel and then 226 ilevel the next year.

Yeah, I simply remember zero modification to any loot in respect to holiday status in TBC either.

Very likely a case of remembering a different version of wow and that memory being imposed somehow? I know I have done that with wrath an cata, confusing a couple features kinda blending the two.

seems that way, you can see coren doesn’t have a second set of drops in tbc

https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=23682/headless-horseman#drops;mode:normal;0-3+17-20+1

but you can see here if you go to the headless horseman drops for wotlk, he has +32 ilevel rings on his loot table, as there were 2 halloween events during wotlk
