When I go to the area to be tossed the keg nothing ever comes. Also, the apple barrels phase in and out. Several people in /1 reporting the same issue.

I spoke to someone in game that said they tried several times, then it just showed up as completed when he logged back on the next day lol Have you had any luck?
Bok isn’t spawning for me either. Abandoned the quest a few times. Every time I run out to the spot he’s supposed to be the Megaton is there with underpaid engineers around it.

So, I managed to get There and Back Again working by completing The Battle for Broken Shore. I didn’t have the quest in my log or anything, but I hadn’t accepted and beaten it yet. After completing it Box now spawns as he should.
