I am using the random boss queue via the Bag of Chipped Dice. I am also Rank 8.
I’ve so far killed Goredome and Splat in random and they did not drop their specific bags Gorestained Brawler’s Purse and Gooey Brawler’s Purse, respectively, which should contain the shirts.
I suspect the other random rares will not drop theirs, either.
EDIT: “Wraps of the Bloodsoaked Brawler” is also not dropping. It’s also not in “Uncollected” appearances, either. Seems it was removed a while ago?

Yes the shirts are not dropping, and some of the bosses that should drop shirts are not in this version of the event. I think they should just put them all on a vendor.

Oh boy. I seriously hope that it’s an oversight/bug and not that they intentionally removed the shirts.

Also, the chance of getting a “shirt boss” on random seems laughably low. I agree, just slap them on the vendor for, say, 1000 Brawler’s gold each. That way you have to participate in the system but there’s a deterministic way to acquire the shirt(s) you want.
EDIT: Or, let the shirts drop when using challenge cards.

I won’t mind the RNG of farming the random mode as long as every shirt boss is available. I think my previous post had a mistake where I said some bosses are missing. This is my first time doing Brawler’s Guild, and I learned that random mode supposedly can spawn any boss from previous seasons of the event. I probably just didn’t queue enough to see them all.

Same here. Fought Doopy and Dippy in random and did not receive the Brawler’s Egg, only bulging purse.

Yeah, I was also massively disappointed to see the shirts not dropping. Given how hard it is to even get a shirt boss on random, you’d think those would be back in. Or, as others have said, on the Brawler’s Gold vendor.

Not a help inre: this topic, but a guildmate reports that the shirts are available to buy from Quackenbush IF you’ve previously earned them. They at least appear to still be “obtainable”, although not for people doing the event fresh.

Okay that does track, I have the shirt for Blingtron 3K and it’s there on the vendor. Not that I need it since I already have it, though possibly those are there since many of these shirts probably predate them being made cosmetics and people may have deleted them?

I really want the shirt from Bruce. Its the only thing missing from the transmog i made in shadowlands and i have been waiting years for brawlers guild to come back. Ive killed atleast 20 bosses on random and have gotten the same bulging purse every single time. Have i been waiting all these years and killing all these bosses for nothing? lol rip me

do they think the old rewards/shirts are some legacy prestigious rewards or something? i can count the pixels in most pre-DF shirts in this game on one hand so that cant be it…

I wanted to add here that I also did not receive the Croc-Tooth Harness that I have waited so many years for after battling Bruce using the Bag of Chipped Dice. After such a harrowing battle (which I barely survived), I was disappointed to see that I was the victim of a some kind of bug, and did not get the shirt. I submitted a ticket about the issue, to which I received the following response from a Game Master:
Hey William
I’m so sorry to hear you didn’t get the Croc-Tooth Harness when you defeated Bruce. I took a look into this for you and I’m not seeing this being reported as a bug by other players or by the developers to us. This means that it may be intended that it didn’t drop, for example if it’s not a guaranteed drop, however I know you mentioned you’ve waited a long time to get the shirt so I would have to recommend in this situation you use the ingame bug report button to let the developers know it’s not dropping.
The reason I’m asking you to do this is because we’re not getting any reports from the devs that it is bugged which means as GM’s we can’t grant it to you but by reporting it this means they’ll be able to look into it more and if it is a bug it will be mentioned in a patch / hotfix note
I know this wasnt the answer you hoped for so I do apologise I couldnt do more myself
In my reply ticket to this message, I sent the Game Master the link to this forum post. Hopefully they see it!

Hey ty for taking to time to make a ticket and get this noticed, maybe. If we’re lucky we’ll get a little time to farm them…
