I main swapped to fill in the roster going into ToT phase, so I’m behind on gear on Ret, so I wonder if I can attempt as MW.

I think that from level 8 and above, gear doesn’t really matter that much. You can’t one-shot the boss anyway you have to play the mechanics properly and just get better at the fight. Try pushing to rank 10, it’s really fun. You don’t need insane skill, just don’t be greedy
