It was broken on PTR too, no response from Blizzard.
Is your guild name intentionally ironic or is it more of one of those audience appreciation things?
No issues with Brann on my end. Wonder if it’s related to alts/warbands somehow? Only one of my characters has ever even set foot in a delve, if that matters for anything.
It’s not just the new Undermine Delves. I tried a Fungal Folly and Earthcrawl Mines and ran into the same issue.

Brann was broken before maintenance, but was working again afterwards for me.
Your mileage may vary.
Works on my DK here and my Paladin, not on my DH though…
Same. I only have one character at max level doing delves. He is working as expected, as a healer, both before and after maintenance for me.
I used him as tank on a healer at lvl 8 to test it worked fine np.
I have no idea as I didn’t choose it (the name, that is).
Let me share you my experience… what works and what doesnt work.
When patch 11.1 is released, Season 2 settings for Delves were the Default. On Season2 settings, Brann is reset… Brann Season 1 abilities that he throws you is not accessible.
So when you go straight at Delves at the start of patch 1.1, you would see Brann not throwing potions. When you look at his Healer abilities, all dark out.
So how did i fix it? I went to get the Dornogal weekly Delves quest to complete 3 Delves. After getting them, i went to any Delves and all Brann Season 1 abilities (as healer on me) started to work. He started throwing potions again.

My bran is 60 and I’m soloing tier 11 delves
Same issue. Brann is throwing out ZERO health pots for me.
You wont next week as Delves would totally reset. You would need Season 2 new Brann Curios and you would need Brann to learn new abilities.
Season 1 curios and most Brann Season 1 abilities are not accessible.
What you have right now are Season 1 stuffs that would reset on March 4th.
