Brann useless in undermine delves

Delves bug [MEGATHREAD]

There seems to be alot of issues relating to bran and the delves, From people mentioning his inability to use abilities, To not being able to select combat roles at all. This is causing severe issues for everyone, especially those who are going through the war within campaign, rendering them unable to proceed through the quest to get to 11.1.0 content. This requires a hotfix @ blizzard.
