Hello so i just started war within and im on the quest “Delve unto the Earth”. it says to select a combat role for him but when i go to do that its just black and won’t give me any options to select roll. was wondering if anyone else is having this problem atm or how to fix it??

I’ve tried making him go dps and heals and he doesn’t do anything. I managed a delve 10 on my lock with him just AFKing, but it felt like it took ages. Zekvir was easy on the first level with him not doing anything, but the second one, impossible without a single heal.
Weird, it posted from my kids account. This is the one I play lol
it wont let me select anything i did the first delve as the quest says but it wont let me continue unless i select a roll wish i was able to post a photo of whats going on.

I just bought the game for some friends and they are ALL stuck on this quest! They cannot continue! They have no combat role to select within the menu!
GAME BREAKING, THEY ARE UNABLE TO CONTINUE!

I would suggest putting in a bug report and a ticket on this if it’s blocking campaign progress.
Posting on GD won’t do anything also, so try the support forums instead.

Yup, I have been stuck too. Was looking everywhere for a fix and found this thread, hopefully they are fixing.

yo idk if they fixed it but all day it wasn’t working but now it is. go see if its working for you!!
Known issue that Blizzard has not yet responded to.
I finished the other quests around the area, came back to Delver’s Headquarters and I am able to select a role for him now. Not sure if it was a quest progression thing or if they actually fixed something.
