Looks like based off the hotfix notes this should be better:
Brakenhide Hollow
- Withering damage reduced by 64% (effect applied by Decay Speaker’s Withering Burst, Trickclaw Mystic’s Witherbolt, etc.).
Which tracks with a heroic I did late last night feeling considerably easier.
