Larkin Thunderbrew, the vendor in Ironforge who sells items for Brewfest Tokens, does not sell the new(ish) Bottomless Brewfest Stein.
According to Wowhead, his counterpart in Orgrimmar, Ray’ma, does not sell it either (though I have not confirmed this in game).
