This is the stupidest argument to time gate the community when other gates to gear access are being lifted.
Also, if they’re more readily available, alts will be able to earn and will this not need to be BoA.
alts were able to earn primal chaos too and guess what - it is easier to play a geared main…

It does, but thus far I’ve always found a use for vault rewards.
With uncapped valor, I’ll just upgrade items to 415, with IO > 2400 score.
Will it be BiS? Nope, will it be close enough, sure.

what you want is senseless to me - it is something that will cause additional problems - sorry you lack the foresight to see that.
Wanting more transparency on loot drops? Wanting continuation of 1 a week, or bi weekly via quest? Wanting to be able to utilize the crafting system at some point during my play experience? Wanting to experiment with different builds? Wanting not to be punished for experimenting or crafting the wrong items?
What you fail to realize is in order for a 405/418 item, one still has to complete 10 M+ 10-15, and/or M+ 16+.
They literally just increased world drops by 6-8 ilvl per patch notes, so crafting items are not that much more powerful at lower levels. Instead it’s senseless gatekeeping, especially when they give EVERY ALT 5 for free. Valor is uncapped next week meaning you can spam M+2 for valor to cap gear as high as your score allows.
There will be people who abuse every system. Why punish the masses for those few?
This is exactly why. You now have 2 options for what to get if you don’t want any of your vault options, sockets and/or sparks.
Its not an appropriate replacement for biweekly quest that was in place.
