You’re not allowed to use software or hardware to multibox. You have to manually click through your windows.

If he’s offering to pay you then they aren’t really a bot. Sounds like a multi boxer. Which is technically allowed as long as they don’t use software to automate actions.
They probably are since it’s a large number of alts, so good on you for reporting them.

I’ve seen him. I didn’t kill him I just reported him… it was probably 10 days ago or so… If he is multiboxing within the ToS they wont ban him. I guess it all comes down to how he is automating his toons.

Well he is in warmode, so it’s not harassments, its pvp.

multi-box which isn’t against TOS unless they changed it yet again, so long as they aren’t using automation. If’s they are tabbing then they likely aren’t and that would also explain why your reports have no effect . But if they are in WM then they are free game to be PvP’d.

Sounds like they are multi boxing, so reporting will not come to anything if they aren’t using software.

How is the OP supposed to know what exactly the guy is doing on his computer. He can’t be %100 percent sure he isn’t breaking the TOS by using some sort of third party program or macros, that’s up to blizzard to decide. So unless Blizz wants to contact the OP directly and tell him its not botting and to stop reporting him, he should continue to do so.
I know the best conversations I have on this game are with farm bots. They are such talkative programs

I’m skeptical of the claim and have decided it’s likely part of a larger plot to convince by adding too much detail to the story.
IDK from the way they described it sounds like a multiboxxer running scripts to farm mobs, which is still against the ToS, multiboxxing itself isn’t against the ToS of course, yet running any sort of script or broadcast keystroke is and seems like that’s what’s happening.
Given it would be impossible to move and control more than one character at once, which OP suggested that the player is doing. Meaning that more than likely their breaking the ToS in some form here, and do need a ban potentially, unless OP is exaggerating, very common on here. With the latter being somehow their system is efficient enough to work in the way that it is currently to control all 11 toons at once.
at the very least they would have to be running something like GSE and using their keyboard/mouse macro software. this is kind of a grey area as the addon is allowed, but i have still heard of people getting bans for using it with third party macro software… and if he is using it to run that many characters at a time, i think it would qualify as automation.
That’s my thought process, as that many toons would be nearly impossible to control without some form of macro, script or third part software managing them.
Back in the old days, maybe. It is extremely hard to do PvP actions while multiboxing now, having to switch from character to character as they are being attacked. If someone is reported it is easy for Blizzard to check their computer to see if they are using banned software to control those characters.
