yeah is pretty difficult to find the right one tho, i work full time and im either not on, when they are, or its a mega guild and nobody does content with anyone

You can get pretty good gear from high level Delves. A lot of people have been talking about adding tiers to Follower Dungeons so maybe that might help in situations like yours.
