I’m genuinely curious on how he is not banned. He’s the most obvious RMT booster and doesn’t seem to care about being discreet.
Seems TBC and Retail teams are almost completely separate as far as banning goes, some of my buds have been banned on tbc for gold buying.

A ton of people were accidentally banned on TBC for RMT and were already unbanned. Chan, Mir, ziqo, etc. At least 30 people accidentally banned
