The GM who responded to my ticket said they were working on a hotfix so I decided to check this thread. I was pleasantly surprised when I read the responses and confirmed by logging back in game that the issue has been resolved!

Still not working jesus blizz can we get this fixed already? These 70 boosts have been so buggy and we paid money to use them…
Well then I guess you missed my post above yours it has not been resolved. The moment you progress past 20 you have the same exact problem
Because they only fix the problem up to 20 and not passed it 
Now we have to go another 2 to 3 days waiting for a response on this fix I swear you couldn’t make this stuff up
Ah bummer. Well I hope that gets fixed soon for everyone else who wants the rewards past renown 20. I personally don’t intend to go for any further renown levels than what came with the boost until at least a year into the next xpac so the short term fixed worked for my goals.

My druid only has 3 showing in the reputation sheet. The sheet is missing Maruuk Centaur, and Loamm Niffen currently to show up. But the Dragon Isle summary has them (MC at lvl 20, LN at lvl 12)
And that sucks that they still have it broken after 20.
It appears its been Hotfixed as of 1hr ago! I can buy items post 20 now
