Boosted Account Can't Accept Dalaran Hearthstone Quest

Hi all,

This has been a big issue among my friends. The issue is that they can’t start the LEGION quest line. Our DEAR Kadgar didn’t give them any quest to guide them to ‘teleport’ to the new Dalaran. With that being said, they can not get Dalaran Hearthstone and start the LEGION artifact questline.

We have tried:

  1. Disabled all the addons at related quest area, but no NPC showed up still.
  2. Flew to the Dalaran @Crystalstone and the one above Karazhan.

These issues happened on their boosted(LVL60) account. They are really into LEGION’s artifact. Really wish I can help them solve this problem. Thank you all!

If the stuff In Tinkerrific’s guide doesn’t work:

Did they boost a class trial character? At least for a while, that was auto-unlocking some Legion stuff. (If that’s the case, if they look at the Broken Isles world map, they should see Emissarys and world quests.) In that case, have them take the portal to Azsuna and fly to Legion Dalaran where the Artifact quest NPC should flag them down. They can get a Dalaran Hearthstone from the Innkeeper in the Legermain Lounge.
