Bonus rolling Ivus the Decayed

I am very frustrated atm. I diddnt even get the chance to bonus roll, i see that many, many others have had the same issue. Since Blizzard is aware of the problem, some sort of remedy should be implemented.

It feels like whenever there is a problem on the dev side of the game, the only people to suffer and get screwed over is the loyal subs and player base. I can’t remember a time where Blizzard said " hey, we know this screwed up, were looking into it, have _____ for the inconvenience. Maybe reset the boss so we can kill it again or something.

If this was any other type of business customer service would be bending over backward to please it’s client base. But Blizzard / Activision = nope, nothing but “we know the problem exists, nothing we can do sorry, try again in 4 weeks.”

Does Blizzard realize that with every breath they portray the “EVIL BIG CORP” and the “enemy of the players” Always with the " we can’t do anything, sorry nothing we can do" “wait another month”

Just once i would like to feel like Blizzard cares about their customers. Where they go out of there way to compensate for something that is completely out of the players hands. This is a Blizzard dev problem not ours.

Do you guys wonder why there is such a disconnect and bad feelings from the players towards Blizzard? it’s the repeated actions that TO ME feels like Blizz just does not give 1 *#@% about our problems

Please please be more proactive and why is the gaming industry soo far behind every other industry in the customer service field? Another example of why Blizzard finds themselves in the current predicament.
