"Bolvar can't control scourge outside of Northrend"

Some guy in some thread made a boneheaded claim that Bolvar was the weakest lich king and couldn’t control any scourge outside of Northrend. I don’t remember who this poster was, or where they said it, so I made the thread. He’ll see it eventually.

So, WTF Bolvar?

Bolvar wasn’t able to control any Scourge outside Northrend. We saw this in Cata where the Eastern Plaguelands had a random nerubian declaring himself the new Lich King. Scholomance was still doing its thing. The Razorfen revamp still had rampaging Scourge. For one reason or another (maybe lacking Frostmourne? But Ner’zhul didn’t have that so probably not?) Bolvar’s range wasn’t as far as previous Lich Kings.
