Body image and world of warcraft

I dunno. I dont think I saw anyone say that.

But I see why you needed to go on a fresh new forum alt for this 1st post hot take.

This made me grin more than it should’ve.

I think you’re onto something.

This isn’t a “fresh new forum alt”, I just have never posted. Haha. Why do you think someone would need to do that? To hide, from whom?

That’s how I understand it as well. I guess running to a game forum and getting obese people boost ones confidence is easier than just losing weight.

Accidents can happen to anyone.
Idc what body acceptance tik tokker you hear your “facts” from but being overweight is unhealthy, fat or muscle, it doesn’t matter.

The human body should NOT be carrying excess weight.

“Just” losing weight can be pretty difficult. It takes a change in our daily routine that many people just can’t do. I’m in my early 50’s and lost about 50 lbs 2 years ago. Removing 1k calories per day from drinking beer was all I needed to do.

Now it’s rum and diet 7up for the win.:+1:

Not what i expected in this thread lmao. I was expecting “thank god kul tirans are thicc, tired of hot blood elves encouraging poor body image” :,D

Kyrian thicc > kul tiran all day :joy:

Op needs to retake a high school level sports med class.

Low body fat is more so based on diet and doing certain exercises. Handling that sort of strength requires training which who knows how much Kevin Hart did. Obviously did something wrong to have that happen. Gotta know your own limits.

Body fat percentage and athleticism varies on a whole bunch of things. Yup. Kultirans seem to pack a bunch of fat, but they are very muscular as well as they tend to kill a bunch of monsters. We stored fat for energy and our ancestors ate when they could, it sort of is reflected in the kul-tiran story line.

Muscle weighs more then fat : ) so yea. Low fat-diets and strength training are very nice for lower fat % but that’s more for aesthetic purposes then anything, your body makes fat in preparation for times of bad food, its genetics so in a world like wow, probably some people would skip out on meals for some times if they aren’t wealthy/ don’t have access to food. Not everyone in the game is a mage that can conjure food for them!?

if you don’t know who kevin hart is you prolly were not alive for that era.

I don’t pay attention to celebrities. I didn’t know who Harry Styles was until maybe 2 months ago.
I only pay attention to a select few voice actors and that is pretty much it.

Actually this is my bad, for some reason i had Brett Hart on my mind and for some reason i put kevin in his place.

That was a total brain fart on my part lol.

Fair, but you 100% have a point. I am 19 and I don’t understand half the crap coming out of Gen Z. I live under a rock and my media consumption over the years has been Sonic, WoW, Godzilla, and Gamera, basically, and some Pokemon. That is the only crap I’ve known since I was 8 lmao.

Brett hart (who i thought i was talking about) was a WWF wrestler back in the late 70’s and 80’s. he suffered a concussion in the 90’s (think it was 99) and retired in 2000. which pertains to this off topic thread now of even professional athletes get injured and are not “bodies of glass” as the OP suggests. but yea, he was an athlete before your time.

That’s because there’s a huge difference between training for looks and training for performance

Most people want the looks because training for performance (especially power lifting) doesn’t always mean you look great according to beauty standards

This is a pointless post. Also wow is not real and none if the character models are very realistic .

how the hell did he do that

body image on wow? your character is a troll druid who looks like a monster… what you seem to be asking for is known is customization options not body image. just ask for more customization…
