Is it safe to use the Portal on the Dock?
I tried but it just leaves me in a loading screen for 5min+, forcing me to force-quit.
Same, told me 60 minutes. The boat to the dragon isles never showed up, only the Boralas boot boat. Asked the NPC when the boat is coming and he said another 60 minutes! I’ve already been waiting an hour and a half total after thinking my quest was bugged and I dropped it to try again.
What the hell Blizz!!! You hipe things up… Then leave folks standing on the end of the dock waiting for a boat that never comes. Then when it does come as soon as you get on it, it ports you back to the end of the peer!!! When is this company going to learn how to launch a expac? I hope microsoft is watching and does a mass firing when they take over. UNEXCEPTABLE!!
Not working on Moon Guard either, been waiting an hour…
Boralus boat teleports you off but does come to the dock, Dragon Isles boat just doesn’t come to the dock at all

The boat to Dragon Isles is not arriving on the Skywall server and the Pottal to Dragon Isles does not work either.
Same here on Vashj.
Also portals from oribos and di (on stormwind dock) are not working.

just to pile on stormrage is also broken, Noevae it’s interesting your getting a time, we aren’t. He just states “Unknown Arrival Time”
At this point I think it’s safe to assume this is a global issue across all servers.
Do give Blizz some grace all, remember the game is over 20 years old, and let’s face it there are always 0 day issues, at least the game isn’t going down for days on end ( ya, I still remember launch back in 04 
)
Another anticipated beginning to disappointment. Blizzard ought to refund a month subsc. payment for time totally wasted…1 hour +

Our portal just disappeared.
I can confirm the portal just disappeared about a minute ago. I’m still stuck at the docks in Stormwind.

Even if you get through the portal, you can’t get credit for the quest, and therefore can’t progress.
Same problem on Tanaris realm. Rugged Dragonscale boat is not appearing in Stormwind Harbor. Chrovo, the Dragon Isles Dock Master, has continuously been reporting “Unknown Arrival Time”.
Portal is also gone on Galakrond.
