Boat Mount

The boat mount should get upgraded as Bobby’s does.

as of yet… no but they may try someone crazy in 9.2 I just hope they don’t do the same crap of “get it while it’s there for 50 million gold before the next expansion rolls in and we take it away forever” crap they did with bruto

Too bad the River Boat is locked to usage in Thousand Needles :

If they ever give us a Seas based expac, ill bet we get water “walking” boat mounts. Upgrade your mount for only 10 thousand (insert currency name here) but wait theres more, for only 30 thousand more, you can use it in WATER!

Beat to me to it.
“Reins of Where Your Money is Going.”

Jokes aside this would be cute. Weirdly enough, theres not enough water in SL to justify it thematically, so I’m not sure how it’d be obtained. Maybe just something you can buy during the fishing tournament?

There’s a boat in durotar

there’s a quest chain in thousand needles that gives you a boat…I don’t know if it still exists though and you can only use it in thousand needles

it may have been an event now I can’t remember I did it like 8 or 10 years ago

edit

In shadowlands a boat? Maybe a ferry boat from the river styx.

There are a few underwater mounts (that can also be used above water). The Darkmoon Skate comes immediately to mind, and you can get that with just about an hour of fishing (depending on your fishing skill).

Druids in aquatic form should be able to carry passengers. That would be great trolling!

There is a valantine boat, but it’s a toy and I don’t know if it was one of those toys that was removed. It’s very, very slow. Speed boat mount to fit 5 players would be cool.

Anglers Fishing Raft – get from Nat Pagle in Pandaria, I think. I use that everywhere. Goes fast, and I also use it to fish from the middle of a pond to avoid aggro from shore beasts.

P.S. Why did it pick my low level Rogue instead of my main Human Mage? Probably some setting here. Meh.

This is a 3 yr old thread. It did not need to be dragged up from the oceans of dead threads.
