Logged into the game and my list of bnet friends has disappeared. I can however see them on the Battle.net launcher (PC). I’ve already tried: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/34721
It looks like a known issue, there should be a red diamond on the launcher with a ! on top stating so. There was also log in issues recently. Try logging in again.

Oh, I’ve also tried that. I also JUST noticed the red diamond. Any idea when Bnet will be back up in-game?
The game isn’t down, that’s not what the alert is.
B.net seems to be operational launcher side, but in-game, it may continue to flicker. But even before this, I know I’ve had my list go black. I log out and back in and it usually resolves itself. But this issue is new that they’re referencing. So if you’ve any new invites or whatnot, you’ll have to readd them.

For me, it’s completely gone in-game. Logging out and back in doesn’t resolve it.
Just out of curiosity, when you cleared your cache, did you have everything shut down - launcher and all?
If not, I would try a full on UI reset. Shut down WoW and B.net entirely. Then try a UI reset (not just the cache clear). I just logged in to check and it’s showing my list just fine, so it’s not some game-wide blackout (cut to spare my friends’ privacy).

I’ll try that as soon as I finish this WQ I’m doing. It might also be a simple restart this time around that resets it.
Just did the original steps I tried again and got my friends list back.

Yeah, this has been happening to me for a while now. Relaunching the game usually fixes it for me.
dunno if its worth mentioning but i have an addon called friend groups and its on an off been reporting issues with the friends list API that blizz uses causing the friends list to show a 0 out of however many your friends list has in it, in my case 0/109 in context of battle tag/real ID tagged friends.
it also mentions or rather suggests that fully exiting the game and restarting it can fix it but it is not gauranteed fix.
Ive had this specific issue happen about 6 or so times now since it first happened some weeks ago. Now im not sure if its the addon itself that causing it or if its something blizzard did on their end in the back end of programming in someway with hotfixes or whatever that busted something but yeah.
The same thing happened to me. I hope Blizzard fixes it.
Same thing was to me as well. I hope yesterday was a fix for it.
