I have the authenticator active on my battle net phone app. the SMS message and push notifications are turned on. yet after several hours and a couple times logging in and and out. I still don’t have the back pack slots activated. any idea? I have followed the steps I have seen through the general troubleshooting. the only thing I have not done is completely remove the authenticator from my battle net app account.
