I can’t log in right now, but I’ll try to help. I presume you aren’t actually clicking Provoke.
I think that it’s not targetting your statue for some reason. I would try placing a /stopmacro [mod:alt, @target, noexists] after your /targetexact. You could then be sure it won’t accidentally cast Provoke.
To make sure it won’t accidentally cast Provoke, you could also change the /cast [mod:alt] Provoke line to /cast [mod:alt,help] Provoke so it won’t provoke a baddie.
I have some safeguards like these on my macro and I sometimes have to mash it until I can actually provoke all the mobs. You should be able to do the same.
If you have issues try removing the stopmacro bit and add just the safeguard for Provoke.
