I just told you, it removes a lot of nuance from the spec. if you want to get mad at that, go ahead, but nobody reasonable agrees with you. there would be no “real meat” you would just be spamming KC while you wait for barbed shot to reset its cd. that is no meat.
should we remove rage from warrior? just let them slam rampage with no cd? what about combo points from rogue? just fully send finishers at max power with no cd or energy concerns?
