The season 1 Bloody token gear can still be purchased, and is still not refundable. I did the mistake of taking the vendor as the correct one and paid the price of losing 350 tokens instantly to basically missclicking a purchase. If you try to give it back, you’ll get the gold value instead of your Tokens (e.g like 50 gold).
The vendor should clearly state that the gear is outdated, its 408 in PvP after all.
Do not make my mistake. This needs to be fixed. Luckily a World quest had the item I needed.
