With HD textures enabled my transmog boots, Bloodsworn Warboots, have a skin texture that is applied to the legs. This is only there with HD textures enabled and disabling them shows the boots/pants as normal.
Funny enough, the skin texture on the legs remains the same color regardless of your characters actual skin color. Have tested with different leg items and replicated the issue so it’s definitely these boots causing the issue.
