I’d say only Alliance High elves felt this way, as many other groups were either indifferent or were isolated in Outland when the splintering happened. Considering that 99% of the High elves agreed with the choice to dissent from the Alliance, it makes sense that some of those who returned from Outland would return, which is why Auric Sunchaser (the leader of the High elf settlment in Outland) is now seen as a rep at the Sunwell, preaching for reunification and calling Rommath and Lor’themar his lords while referring them all collectively as the children of Silvermoon.
There’s literally no instance of Blood elves having hard-feelings toward High elves, we have Blood elves as early as TBC preaching unification and wishing to cure them of their addiction. We even had some evidence of High elves potentially rejoining the Blood elves as early as TBC (Astromancer Darnarian, and Lanesh can be seen wearing the Scryer Armor on the Isle of Quel’danas, and MOP.) along with dozens of instances of blue eyed elves fighting alongside the Sunreavers
