Reading his page it seems he likes Stonard because of it’s health benefits for the skin. The Mudbaths and Moist Air… In otherwords he is happy because he is in a swamp!
He compliments the Orc Hygiene because he thinks Orcs taking Mudbaths and moisturizing themselves in humid air is normal for them without realizing it’s a side effect of them being stationed in the Swamp of Sorrows.
The Horde when they first saw the Black Morass found the place to revolt them only accepting it out of pragmatism.
Blood Elves accepting Swamps does not mean they would accept a Desert or Mesas in the middle of a prairie… Especially ones with no Mudbaths!
Blood Elves have the opposite aesthetics of Orcs! Orcs like rolling green fields and Spikey Buildings… Elves like Beautiful Cities and Forests including Swamps…
A Blood Elf would see Ardenweald as a Paradise while an Orc would see Bastion as the Paradise.
