Blood DK's losing 10% Stam

I suppose it’s not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I like big Health pools!

On live, Veteran of the 3rd war is 60%. 10% for Frost/Unholy.

It’s bumped to 20% for Frost/Unholy in DF, which is awesome. Blood Gets Blood Fortification which is another 30% but still 10% short of live.

You can still take Foul Bulwark, but both versions have that.

For a while, prot warriors had more hp. I don’t think they are nearly close to numbers tuning yet. It wouldn’t surprise me to see things change in blood’s favor closer to launch.
