Do guilds actually need tanks anymore? It seems like everyone has them nowadays.

yes, guilds do need tanks if they are forming a team, but you only need 2 tanks for any team (unless for special boss fights where you may use a third), so it’s better for a tank if they also have a dps off-spec. A team may use them then as a fill-in, if one of their main tanks is absent. Also some tanks also Raid Lead for teams. Since our guild “Shadow Hunters” is forming some new raid teams for SL, both tanks and Raid Leads are wanted by us.
