Block new players from picking tank role

I understand the problem and you are both right. I’d rather there be a basic tank trainer because a bad tank really does ruin a dungeon even more than a bad healer. But new players shouldn’t be locked out of it. People have to learn somehow.

Honestly taking the proving grounds requirement out was a bit excessive. Add it back in, make it a quest so it isn’t a waste of time. Boom done.
