That trailer for the new patch was not exciting. Anduin will get saved, but be aged up by the process, and Sylvanas is showing more doubt cause she was apparently too stupid to see that the Jailer was a bad dude until now… incoming redemption arc where she saves us all from the Jailer and saves Anduin.

And I have no issues with characters being one-shotted. I don’t think raids are supposed to fully canon, at least not insofar as “25 people attacking non-stop for 10 minutes” should be the baseline for what it takes to kill a guy.

It’s far more sensible if stabbing people in the heart kills them.

Doesn’t really change my overall stance though. First Devos turns her into a laughing stock and now she’s literally a one hit kill against Anduin. Like there’s not even a short battle or anything. He just jumps at her, stabs her and its over.

It was definitely just the Jailer. Uther just recognized the Maw power from his wound, and Anduin looks like Arthas apparently. Or that is the parallel Blizzard wants to go for in an attempt to make Anduin cooler than he is.
