also what is blizz gonna do if the wildfires in California start effected power at blizz,

like to your your thoughts.

Shadowlands looks like a promising leak.

I’m sadly not going this year! The last time I was able to make it, I was in the Classic announcement video. I had a really great time. I’d go just to see my friends again.

Something like 40,000 people are going.

I decided to watch it on virtual ticket. Not really hyped or excited for anything at the moment. Maybe there will be a Diablo 4 announcements. Might be good. Or it might not happen. Blizzard doesn’t provide a reason to get that excited anymore. Who knows!?!?

I bought the virtual ticket and am making a weekend of it with the lady. I’ve taken off work on Friday and she is taking a half day. Got some special drinks and food planned. It’s going to be fun.

Personally, I think the Shadowlands leak is garbage. We may go to the Shadowlands and the expansion may very well be called Shadowlands, but I’m thinking it’s pure coincidence. I think the leak details, the map, and the logo are fan-made.

We will see on Friday!

I’ll be there personally. Meeting some folks I went with last year as well as a couple new raiders that joined us this year. We’ve got a huge meal plan at Benihana’s Thursday night, and then I’m ready to be in line early early Friday.

I’m excited for this year. Last year was kind of passive since there wasn’t a lot to be revealed, but this year it sounds like they’re pulling out all the stops. I’m looking forward to being there in person for it, the energy is so infectious. And considering I spend a lot of my life worrying about one thing or another, hype energy will be nice to feel.

I’m not sure what to make of the potential protests. A part of me is worried that someone will do something dumb, and I fully expect the QnA to be ruined again and revoked for future years. But I can always hope that the Blizzard “community” will surprise me with maturity in their actions.

I bought the virtual ticket so my wife and I could watch it together this weekend.

Last year was a horrible Blizzcon. I hope this year’s Blizzcon blows last years out of the water.

Against my better judgement, I got the virtual ticket. Couldn’t help myself. Current Blizzard is like a NASCAR crash. It’s horrible but you can’t help but watch.

Yeah! I’ll be meeting up with my guildies and doing all kinds of fun stuff with them. This’ll be my third time going, and I’ve had a blast every time. Friday night we’re going to Medieval Times, where they do an Alliance vs. Horde themed fight during Blizzcon. It’s gonna be a fantastic time.

Not going or buying a ticket. Last years sucked so this year I show them my disappointment by not buying my virtual ticket. Just one person, but principles are principles

Watching the Virtual Ticket with my kiddos. I got a bunch of party snacks and treats for us, plus planning a couple of good dinners while we play and work on helping my brother level up.

We tend to mock the announcers clothing choices or things they talk about. It is tradition, along with doing this for the Oscars.

I hope Warcraft 3 reforged is released, I been playing the old ones mapmaker working on a castle atm.

I have been twice, this year is my first time with the virtual ticket. I am excited! I love all the releases but I love all the extras top like the Darkmoon faire live props and the live artist drawings and stuff. Idk. I just really like WoW so I really enjoy blizzcon. I don’t really engage in much of the meta and I am purposefully trying to avoid all the leaks. I just hope whatevers next is FUN!

I’ll be watching, and looking forward to it. I wasn’t all that excited for it last year, and wasn’t planning to get it at all [but won a free ticket on a streaming promotion-so was only reason I got it then]. This year I am more excited because I know they will be announcing bigger things, and I enjoy being ‘there’ at the moments of reveal.

I’m not going, too socially challenged, and not doing the virtual ticket either. But excited for it! Expansion Blizzcons are fun times. Can finally have answers so all this speculation can be put to rest. I think Shadowlands (real Shadowlands, not the gross 4chan leak) is totally viable and possible. Won’t know till then of course.

I’m actually most looking forward to WC3 news right now. Maybe, just maybe, it’ll surprise release that same day. Watch it end up being on December 31. >.>

I bought the virtual ticket just so I can be a vulpera in footy pajamas. I don’t intend to watch though, I’m sure I’ll hear all about the brand new lineup of mobile games they release this year here anyway.

I doubt it will be out before the December deadline. They just opened the beta.

I have the virtual ticket, can’t bother going irl with how much planning and money it would require.

My reasons to stay away from blizzcom:

  • It is in another country
  • I don’t want to travel there
  • I have to work
  • Wowhead will tell me everything I need to know by the time I get home from work
  • Blizzard doesn’t deserve additional money from me
