I don’t agree with this statement. I think all of the developers are very competent and are passionate about making a good game. I have no idea how the inner workings of blizzards teams are so I don’t want to speculate that far.
I’m just going by Brian leaving and any time sudden change at the top happens there is turmoil and people needing to be put in position they haven’t been properly prepared for.
What really gets me is the straight up lack of clarity into their decision makings. You can’t say “We’ve been very clear” when it looks as clear as a mud puddle.

This is so demoralizing, if they’re debating it then waiting till 3.3 shouldn’t be a deciding factor.
Same its just some BS to be honest. When they say it wasnt in the game till a later patch we arnt going to do it early. Yet we have so many other things in the game like the token that wasnt in the game in the first time. They also say that the start of classic is the final patch of each game they released. Now I dont care for WOTLK anymore only sub to play classic era/SoM atm cause of lack of RDF. I even stop my sub for almost 6 months cause of no RDF but I came back cause a friend asked to play classic again.

This made me laugh a little, but absolutely agreed.
I wish they did not wait till Wrath is burning down in hellfire to come out and say “hey we’ve been pretty bad at communicating, we’re going to make a change”
I’ll give credit, this live chat with unfiltered community council questions is a step towards clarity on both ends.

Yeah how’d that work out for the overall population growth of Retail and other Blizzard games that encouraged this behavior?
Ha, this is projection entirely. It’s you anti-social people that want to stream, drink and/or smoke, and use DBM to drive you in raids while having voice activated comms so your burps go into 24 other people’s ears and more if someone is streaming.
Yeah sorry but they were probly talked to before everything was live and was told to not ask some questions. Blizzard is a company and if the team started talking badly to much they would be fired most likly. Thats why there are contracts employees.
Yeah I’d imagine many blizz employees are terrified of speaking to the public for fear of internal backlash. I’ve heard some shaky voices for minor announcements before.

So playing with a group of friends that I’ve known for 10+ years is anti-social? That’s a new one on me.
We still play together….Just not in wrath.
How can you blame me for the demise of a game that you’re not playing, a game that I am playing lol
Yea, nothing like that never happens now…
Seems the only common denominators in these story’s are anti RDF people. Most everyone else don’t have this problems, who also used the same system.
Are saying that is a common occurrence or happened one time? If it is a common occurrence, maybe you guys need to look in the mirror… maybe.
Because said game could have MORE players by putting in a feature that was in the original version of the game.
You seem to think that because you play wrath, that somehow gives your opinion more credibility when all it really means is that you’ll tolerate anything blizz puts out with a smile on your face.
Be careful with your ego. You’re inflating the popularity of RDF.
Players that began the game at the beginning or even before, in closed beta, know what this game can be and offer. RDF paves over many components that enable interaction. The reason why it’s not so apparent now is because the dungeons are too poorly designed. They could have gone really interesting routes like having multiple paths with random spawned doors/locks etc. But they are just all boring straight lines with RP to slow it down.
The fact there’s a bunch of folks hype for RDF despite tokens and likely unlimited boosts are coming, really goes to show that Wrath isn’t Classic just because you label it so.
Fresh when? Wait nvm they’ll probably ruin that with Tokens too…. Smh
Wrath isn’t classic at all. That dream is dead and buried. I never wanted anything to change but here we are.
RDF could still be a benefit to wrath as it is though. I would still level alts and spam dungeons and at least there, it would feel like wrath.

Playing Wrath Classic at this point feels like going back to your abusive ex who beats tf out of you, throws you out the house, but you can’t help it the Mandingo just too good gotta go get beat up some more.
Yep. It is so over. And don’t forget they mentioned improvements to their “updated” group finder. I hate it so much.

Again Mippic, you’re posting A LOT. But all of your points are about how YOU think the game “SHOULD” be.
It is NOT that game anymore. Its just not. The game you want is dead and gone, its over. Give it up. Did your original version have WoW tokens? Or paid mounts? No. Not even close. You are arguing for a future that will never exist and in turn you are attempting to crap on other peoples vision of a future that CAN happen. Just stop man. Your vision is done and gone. Just back away and enjoy the fact that others may find joy in the game.
You could buy mounts. They were in playing/trading cards and found on Ebay.
You guys are a broken record. I just see the same mistakes repeating themselves, and I also try to tell people it’s over. Not because all the changes but the actual lifespan of classic. We’re nearing the final phase where new blood is not really going to emerge. I wish the timetable was a little faster, not this extra month wait for ToC, but what can you do there.
You’re unwittingly make a case for RDF.
