I am using Blizzard’s native cooldown manager. Whenever I port twice (such as from Silvermoon –> Stormwind –> Silvermoon), my cooldown manager resets its order. The talents/buffs are correct, but in the wrong order.
For example: I order my cooldowns as “Soul Reaper” –> “Putrefy”. After porting twice, it’ll revert the order back to “Putrefy” –> “Soul Reaper”. It’s the correct CD’s, just the wrong order.
My only solution is to save the export string and re-import it every time it resets - which is kind of a pain.
I don’t have any addons installed. I scanned and repaired my game. I also uninstalled and re-installed WoW.
Anyone else experiencing this as well? Thanks.

Yup, I am having the same issue, I have to keep redoing it. Relogging has also been causing the same issue for me as well.

Same, mine is swapping icons in Essential Cooldowns and Tracked Buffs, and it is happening during combat somehow.

Well I guess I’m glad it’s not just me then. This didn’t start until this past Tuesday - so I’m guessing 12.0.7 broke something.

Hey Blizzard, do you know what didn’t bug out with every patch and when/if it did bug out, the problem would be resolved in less than 24 hours? Weak Auras.
I mean, just sayin’…
is there an addon perhaps that can temporarily fix this? It’s getting pretty annoying constantly fixing the cdm

A possible workaround is to download a bar addon like Dominos. You can set up new bars, move and size them to look similar to CDM. Make the bars non-interactive. Place spells/CDs on the bar like they would appear on CDM. Open your CD manager. Remove all spells/CDs. Only use it to track buffs/procs, since that function seems mostly but not entirely unaffected by this horrendous mistake by the Small Indie Company. The bars are not going to give you timers and such unless there is ANOTHER addon for that, but it’s better than nothing, which is all that Blizzard is currently providing us.
I see this as a possible workaround with something like ret paladin, any hunter or maybe discipline priest, where you’re not tracking a whole lot unless you’re an orange/pink parser, but can see this being utter poop if you’re playing a dot class like SP or Afflock, so YRMV.

I downloaded Cooldown Manager Centered. Not sure if there is a specific setting I have, but now whenever my cooldowns reset after a loading screen, I /reload - which fixes the order.
But I also noticed that if I go through a load screen and my cooldowns reset, and I don’t /reload right away - if I go through another load screen and then I try to /reload, it does not fix the order.
For example:
- fixes order: load into dungeon (cooldowns reset) –> /reload –> cooldowns order fixed
- does not fix order: load into dungeon (cooldowns reset) –> load into key –> /reload –> cooldowns still in resetted order
Either way, I have an import string handy just in case. I also made a few copies of my set up, so I can quickly swap to one of those. Not solutions, just work-arounds until Blizzard can fix this.

This is happening to me when I enter instanced PvP as well. I have to re-order my cooldown manager before every single match. Settings aren’t saved whether I save the setup within our outside of the instance.

My issue occurs repeatedly whether I have all addons turned off or on.
