Like others have mentioned, Season of Discovery just launched which a lot of people are trying out. That might be why you’re seeing a lot less people on classic era, since they are playing SoD at the moment.

I’m just stoked I got a response from a Blue. Nearly eighteen years of playing WoW and thousands of dollars spent…a direct communication from a human on the Blizzard team at least settles the question of whether or not I’m visible to the company I’ve been paying.
