I would love such a thing. Especially something themed around the blue dragons and magic. Even though I got plenty of enjoyment from torghast, one of the biggest bummers of the place was the miserable, dark design of the whole place. Sure there was some ice and fire to add a splash of colour. But it was literally designed to be a torture tower in hell. That drags you down after a while.
