I’ve done some 11’s, they’re not too bad, really the leap from 10 to 11 isn’t that big. You’ll likely rock it.
And the best part is you only have to do 3T 11s per week to get that 694 item in your vault. Everything else can be 8s ![]()
True, but if Delves give the same rewards for less effort, it undercuts the reason to run keys in the first place.
i hope to get all my gear upgraded fully from runed crests as much as i can before than til i dont need them.
Too bad? People play games for fun. If they find this more fun, and it makes them stay subbed longer, that means more money for Blizzard.
You’ll have to cope, find a hardcore guild, or find a different game.
Grab some enchants if you can afford it, helps a lot!
“how dare people not play as we demand them to!!” litterally what i see on forums everyday.
Delves are fine for casual solo play, but keys are still the backbone of endgame.
Blizzard proves it themselves — the last three Mythic Dungeon International seasons paid out between $200K–$300K in finals, plus $30K in group stages.
They don’t put that kind of money behind content unless it’s central to the game.
Do you even know what I am here for or will you just be dismissive ?
Ok, so go do some keys.
The majority of the playerbase is casual btw. Delves are incredibly popular. Dunno what to tell you.
So why is the game rewarding casual players on the same level of key players.
End of the season mistake.
Because it makes Blizzard money since it keeps the majority of the playerbase engaged and subbing longer.
I’m guessing you didn’t do so well in that supposed business school you went to.
But they are giving money to key players for participating.
Show me a game that is paying to compete to their lowest population base. Since that is what you think key players are.
It’s an advertising technique, you realize that?
But the majority of the playerbase is casual. That’s where the vast bulk of Blizzard’s income comes from. That’s who they’ll continue to cater to. I’m sorry you don’t like facts, but those are facts. Midnight is going even harder with the casual/solo progression content.
So, what’s it going to be? You going to cope, find a hardcore guild, or find a different game? Those are your options.
because of the toxic behavior in the group community example
this taken from the thread
IO is a job Resume
those people are why solo content is growing the toxicity in there is palpable
Because we do the work. We’re not getting gear handed to us for doing nothing.
It’s insulting that you suggest this is a thing.
If you have trouble grouping, might want to do some soul searching.
I’ve always found the use of the term ‘casual’ to be interpretive. As a so called ‘casual’ I probably play the game more than many people who consider themselves hard core or whatever it is they call themselves.
I think it’s past time we got rid of these terms for people who play the game solo or how they choose. Just because a person doesn’t raid/mythic doesn’t make them undeserving in any way.
alot of things are getting a solo mode last raid just got a follower group to help in it we got follower dungeons all solo versions.
I tend to agree. Personally, I don’t mind being called a “casual”, but maybe since the majority of the playerbase shares a similar playstyle these days, it should just be called “how most people engage with the game”. Because that’s the truth - I’ve put more hours into TWW than I have any expac since Legion because there are more things for me to do, and I’ve subbed a lot longer. If that was Blizzard’s intention - to get me to stick around and give them my money - it worked.
Sure let’s go with that.
That is false. People who log in every day are not really the high spenders. It is people who play the game longer. Playing games with friends. They buy mogs, tokens, that store mount. Those are your high spenders.
Sure let it go harder. I already have the expansion.
How are they going to reward players who are social and play in group. Are they going to balance and reward key pusher higher level.
Will they give group content players a transmog as a reward ?
How are they going to differentiate players that take 5 people to complete a content in comparison to a mode that takes one persons to complete ?
Don’t even know what this means ? Like really.
If I reply to you on that same energy. I will get 10 reports.
I log in every day. Yet I don’t raid or do mythics.
And yeah, I know what “cope” means. You’ll have to learn to do it if you want to stick around for Midnight, because if focusing on solo progression and more casual-oriented content, aka what the majority of the players engage in, wasn’t making them money? They wouldn’t be developing more of it.
Anyway, bye.
