Absolutely, and you’ve seen why in this very thread. Folks have a really hard time with a “general” stance. They perceive exceptions as problems rather than a premise of the stance.
Well one issue with that is all the leveling action will happen on the refresh server leaving the permanent server barren. Perhaps don’t allow transfers to the permanent server? But then where would their characters go…
