Blizzard Still Not Listening?

The part that resonates the most with me is the chronic world lag that has existed since launch. It doesnt seem to get a lot of attention nor has Blizzard acknowledged it as a problem.

A game designed for players to be at war, the sharding/crz lag (my only guess) is practically unplayable

There have actually been a few threads posted on in the tech support forum since BFA launched, and part of the issue was between the AH, and how communities worked and have been working on resolutions for. The one thread I know of on this forum is

I posted this in the customer support forum and was advised to post here for help. For the last 2 days I have had this issue. I have lower latency (less than 30ms) at all times yet my spells do not register the input for about .5-2 seconds. Also, at times, skills that generate holy power will go off and the holy power will not generate for several seconds at times.
