Except, instead of gold, you would get coins off a boss kill that’d be it’s own separate copper/silver/gold equivalent, and you use that said currency to bid on items and submit those coins in a blizzard UI (effectively something you interact with to submit the coins and get the item).

I just suggested something similar this morning on these forums. I half expected all of the pro-GDKP players to come in and tell me how terrible of a plan it was.
