Omg were y’all in the DK stream too?! All my friends and I watched as much of that as we could without skipping work/classes and it was so inspiring and fascinating to hear from those trans and nonbinary people and specialists about their lives!!

I was there! I donated what little I could spare! I loved learning from that gender therapist about how they helped people navigate the system so that they could get the surgery they needed. And oh! Learning about “Gender Euphoria”, where people finally start feeling like they like who they are brought tears to my eyes… its just so beautiful.
The famous people, activists, actors and politicians who showed up were a nice touch (I know everyone was talking about Congresswoman Ocasio Cortez), but I think that was just the icing on top.

It takes a while to really pick up steam. I’d jump to like, the 12 hour mark or maybe just put it on in the background while you do chores until he starts bringing in guests from the trans community
