You know, it’s so strange, that Blizzard is praised for their amazing art team… and hiring diverse people does ensure different ideas, stories and so on… and THIS is what they come up with?..

That’s unfortunate but I just checked and I don’t see any pride apparel this year. I’m rather upset by that Blizzard. We’re almost in June pride month and you have nothing to show for it? What happened to being inclusive? Hopefully they’ll get it sorted out soon.

Really though, I’m all for Blizz offering various t-shirts / apparel for whatever cause of the month it happens to be. IRL things for IRL issues.

I believe that shirt was originally only available to employees or higher ups. I think enough people were interested so Blizz went and made it available with the proceeds going to charity. I don’t remember the details as it was a year or so ago. I like the shirt’s design because the Blizzard logo is iconic.

Well given how … and i’m just going to be honest here… obbessed you were with LGBT stuff, it genuinely did surprised me that you say something like that, because you really don’t sound like the type who would put LGBT secondary to anything. Not to say it’s a bad thing as you’re implying here, it’s just unexpected.

It would be like if Talonel suddenly said he will donate to help people in Hong Kong back in 2019 first and then check out the LGBT links. Or Ralph saying he will donate to an organization that fights cancer first and then he checks out the LGBT links.

Actually now thinking about it and given what i’ve said below, you donating to Ukraine is actually much better then just buying merc from Blizzard.

Plus, i don’t think anybody will realistically freak out or protest over a corporation not selling anything during pride month. And it’s certainly doesn’t mean they don’t care about inclusivity. I seriously don’t know why you need a corporation like Activision-Blizzard to validate your LGBT-ness and make you feel better really.

… I mean especially given their recent events with the lawsuit that puts a lot of things into perspective.

I can’t fault anyone for feeling that way. I have a few WoW shirts and the designs definitely stand out. I especially like the Brewfest shirt since it’s got a dwarf on it. lol

The links to the shirts no longer work (probably because of the website revamp), but even searching the Gear Store itself, I can’t find these shirts anywhere.

It is a very simple design you could print out yourself. Get a high res logo from google, copy the same color codes to each letter and change them, print the template out and iron it.

It’s not about buying anything, or about ’ pride ', it’s about creating topics to rile people up and troll.
