60-70 takes far longer than 45min/1hr. It takes 2 hours at a minimum, IF you have a good group and you are the only lvl 60 in it.
The Cobalt farming speed wise is vastly exaggerated. Most of the benefit from it isn’t the speed, it’s being able to be lazy and not do much of anything.
