The total Honor needed to hit the highest CP level is currently set to 750,000 honor, meaning that if you get at least 750k honor for the week, you will earn the maximum amount of rank increases for that week. This is subject to change before the system goes live with patch 1.14.4.

Did the max number change, and are you stating that a calculator would help to determine the minimum amount of honor one could get to receive the max amount of rank increase for a week?
