Make it so the Alliance turns into the Azerothian Empire of Man. Just screaming, spitting Light zealots so extreme even the Scarlet Crusade shakes their heads.

I only play alliance because I have to to be a mechagnome. Personally, I don’t care if we’re as “good” and heroic as the knights of Arthurian legend or if we’re a bunch of “evil” bastards.
If they put mechagnomes on the horde tomorrow, I’d be just as indifferent.
Anyway, cool factor is a strictly subjective.

Alliance is cool. The problem is that horde was originally the ultra misfits going against the odds and holding their own. My first 60 was an orc. Horde were completely bad azz in vanilla. BC caused an odd situation were horde received best looking sorority girl race, while keeping edgy bad azz theme. This meant they had it all. Alliance was just viewed as goody two shoe after that. I main alliance now since I want to be the underdog.
The people from Frostmourne think Alliance is cool. And having fought against them many times, I can say they make it look cool as well. Some of them anyways.

if the alliance is going to be doing war crimes then why cant the player be a part of it? let us do bad things and then get reprimanded by anduin, it’s the least they can do

Make the Alliance more bloodthirsty. To me the Alliance has always been about shining knights on their horses cutting down the savage barbarians (Horde), in a cavalry charge Lord of the Rings style or something similar. Idk just my two cents.
Thing is, many people pick alliance to play the “Good faction”
People will be upset if the alliance suddenly starts going warcrime happy like the horde has.

Alliance is a bad brand.
Can anyone think of anything Alliance side (excluding aesthetics) that can be done more proficiently compared to the horde side.
A mythic + gimmick from night elves seems to be the only thing and yet the Alliance m+ community is far far weaker than the hordes.
Its doubtful anyone ever faction transferred just to xmog or pet battle.
They can be another gateway to being more badguyish. They were shown all through BFA to not really hold the same values as the Alliance does. Maybe Proudmore and her followers but the rest of the Kul tirians have no real issue working with whatever to get whatever.
Thought it would have been real fun if both factions got Kul tirans and Z trolls. The Outcast Trolls in Vuldune for Allaince and the Pirate Kul tirans for horde.
I guess us VE’s will have to open that can of worms… We do like getting dirty… Mwahahaha
kul tirans might be up for some brutality but they are lead by jaina and we all know its only ever faction leaders that actually do anything
