Blizzard let each m+ have a ilvl requirement and make it a que system

blizzard you are letting a 3rd party addon and site control your pve m+ scene.people are being denied because so called lack of experience when i can pay 200k gold and get m+ carries if i wanted to and still not know anything. certain classes are being denied just because of how bad you balance them blizzard.so why not just go ahead tone down m+ and and make it a ilvl requirement for each m+ like m0 ilvl 310 and m+1 ilvl 320 so forth and so on and make it a que.
