Blizzard already acknowledged about layering exploits when they said they introduced a cooldown. See their sticky. Literally. *

Have to wholly disagree with this line of thinking. “Also it’s not really an exploit when they’re just using the system as implemented. If there had been a cool-down they were somehow circumventing, that would be an exploit.” Wrong, wrong, and wrong. This type of entitled justification is the crux of the problem.
What you are basically condoning is to exploit as hard as possible whenever possible… the next link in this particular train of thought is, “well, their fix didn’t completely circumvent x if you perform these special steps, so by continuing to abuse this exploit in a slightly new way, I am playing ‘as implemented’ and not exploiting at all.” Genuinely sickening train of thought.
Twitch streamers who abused this need an immediate ban.
